General guidance
Start with the User Guide to find walkthroughs, troubleshooting steps, and feature deep dives. It’s the fastest way to get unstuck for most day-to-day questions.
Billing and account help
Our billing team can assist with refunds, VAT documentation, and account adjustments over email. Share the email you use for Liberation plus any relevant order information so they can respond promptly.
Licensing and activation
If a machine won’t activate or you need to move your license, our support engineers can reset authorisations and walk you through the process. They typically reply within one business day.
Priority help for Pro tiers
Paid Pro tiers include priority coverage for live shows, and you can flag urgent issues so they jump to the front of the queue. Pro Unlimited plans also unlock dedicated one-on-one time each week for deeper assistance.
Hobby tier subscriptions are perfect for personal rigs, but do not include urgent support for professional shows. Upgrade before any mission-critical event so we can cover you properly.
