By using the website, creating an account, or purchasing a licence through the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Use of the Liberation software itself is governed separately by the Liberation Software Licence Agreement, which applies in addition to these Terms.
2. Accounts

- All activity carried out under your account
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Licences for Liberation may be purchased through the website.
All licences are subject to the Liberation Software Licence Agreement, which governs how the software may be used.
Some licences are issued for a fixed term and renew automatically at the end of that term unless cancelled before renewal. Renewal details, including pricing and renewal dates, are shown at the time of purchase and in your account.
You can manage or cancel licence renewals through your account or via the payment provider used to process your purchase.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. The provider in use will be shown at checkout. We do not store your payment card details.
Prices, taxes, currencies, and available licence options may change from time to time. Changes will not affect licences you have already purchased.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
To request a refund or cancellation, please contact billing@liberationlaser.com with your account email and order ID (if available).
Refunds are subject to any applicable statutory rights and the terms of the payment provider.
5. Downloads and Website Availability
We aim to keep the website and downloads available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
